Abysmal Lord's incredibly primitive and dirty approach to Black Metal is very unique, and authentically old school (or Trve!) at the same time. On this release, they hit the bull's eye. This is by far the best War Metal release ever!

The guitar tone is so thick that you sometimes sense that it's the bassist riffing instead of the guitar player! The drumming is excellent. You can almost feel the vibration of the microphone by the intense pounding! It's almost destructive for your ears (Yum Yum!). The vocals are insane (and PURE old school Beherit!).

The album is so exciting that you don't really feel the passage of time. It's almost too good for an EP. Even though they released some other stellar full-length releases down the line, nothing can match the intensity of this badass MF!

And one more thing, the solo on the last song ("Revelation") is one of the most badass solos I've ever heard in my life! Holy shiiiit! (the solos on this album are badass!)

Needless to say, this album is a future classic, and you should do yourself a favor and listen to it now before people find out about it!!! (kidding of course)
