Okay okay, let me settle myself a little bit to write this HAHAHA.

I'm a huge fan of BM, or at least it's my favorite subgenre. I am constantly looking for new proposals, gems within it. A genre that despite its versatility, is also frequently punished by monotony, cartoonishness or even taking itself too seriously when the situation does not warrant it.
Today, my dear friends, fortunately for my 100th review on this app, I have come across A FUCKING GEM.

These two guys from Oregon display AWESOME Black Metal. It's so funny, wicked and cool at the same time. I honestly couldn't stop smiling and headbanging at times because of how much this EP blew my mind. There is everything in here, and I mean EVERYTHING: 100 percent Black old school passages that are nothing more than a punch to the face (reminding me of bands like Impaled Nazarene or Carpathian Forest), passages between punk and grind going from a rough voice to amazing gutturals, and even synthesizers worthy of a synth dungeon that transports us to the depths of a castle where the most impure acts are perpetuated.
This work collects many of the most incredible aspects of what this vast genre has to offer, and it did nothing but remind me of many of the reasons why I enjoy and appreciate it so much.

An instant 10 out of 10. I can't wait for the first full-length work from these guys. BRING OUT THE GIMP!
