U.S. Black Metal band Nightbringer and Norwegian Black Metal band Dødsengel have just released a new split album, titled "Circumambulations of the Solar Inferno".

Norwegian Black Metal band Dødsengel and U.S. Black Metal band Nightbringer have just released "Circumambulations of the Solar Inferno", a concept split album featuring two new tracks from each band. The release was handled by Russian label Daemon Worship Productions.

The tracklist is as follows:


  1. Nightbringer - Watchtower of the West: Gate of the Mighty Dead
  2. Nightbringer - Watchtower of the North: Ascension of the Midnight Sun
  3. Dødsengel - Watchtower of the East: Horus Sunflesh
  4. Dødsengel - Watchtower of the South: Drunk Upon Inmost Fire


One track from each band was made available for streaming online at the official Daemon Worship Productions Bandcamp profile:


According to the label, "Circumambulations of the Solar Inferno" is "a conceptual split release, based upon the esoteric doctrines of the four quarters of the journey of the 'sun' from death, through the underworld, to rebirth and ascendance".
