The new album is titled "Worship the Eternal Darkness", and is set to be released on the 26th of November.
Finnish Black / Death Metal legends Archgoat have just revealed the details for their upcoming full-length album, which will be titled "Worship the Eternal Darkness", and is scheduled to be released on the 26th of November through French label Debemur Morti Productions.
The label comments:
Recorded over two days in foulest 2021, "Worship the Eternal Darkness" has all the thematic unity, arcane knowledge, otherworldly class, and divine filth expected from such a renowned band.
"Worship the Eternal Darkness" will mark the band's fifth full-length release in a career spanning over three decades, and features the following tracklist:
- Intro
- Heavens Ablaze
- Black Womb Gnosis
- All Christianity Ends
- In Extremis Nazarene
- Rats Pray God
- Empyrean Armageddon
- Blessed in the Light of Lucifer
- Worship the Eternal Darkness
- Burial of Creation
The artwork for the new album was designed by French artist Christophe "Thorncross" Moyen, who has worked in the past with the likes of Incantation, Morbosidad, Centinex and Beherit, to name but a few, in addition to collaborating with Archgoat on many of their previous releases:
To coincide with the release, Archgoat will headline a European tour together with Whoredom Rife and Theotoxin. The tour, which is organized by District 19, will start on November 25th in Prague. Check out the flyer below for a complete itinerary:
"Worship the Eternal Darkness" will be released in CD, tape, vinyl and digital formats, with pre-orders beginning on the 6th of September. T-shirts, longsleeves and hoodies will also be available. Stay tuned.
