The song is titled "Me, the Dreamer", and is the opening track from the band's next album, "Kadath", which is due for release in January.

The Great Old Ones are due to release their next Lovecraftian-themed album on the 25th of January via Season of Mist. Titled "Kadath", the album is inspired by the 1943 novella "The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath", and will feature a total of seven tracks, the first of which, "Me, the Dreamer", is now available for listening:
