Finnish Black Metal veterans Horna have just revealed the opening track from their upcoming 12th studio album, which will be titled "Nyx (Hymnejä Yölle)" ("Hymns to the Night"). Check out the first hymn below:



"Nyx (Hymnejä Yölle)" will be released on the 13th of September through World Terror Committee (W.T.C) Productions, and will mark the band's 30th anniversary, featuring five "hymns" and a sixth track that represents a neofolk reinterpretation of a song taken from their 2005 masterpiece, "Envaatnags Eflos Solf Esgantaavne":

Canadian Black Metal viking Bloodaxe has recently announced that a brand new album is in the works, titled "Bless the North Winds" and featuring 10 tracks of pounding Boreal Metal. The album will mark the band's fifth full-length album in a career spanning three decades, and is currently in the recording phase:



The album will be recorded and mixed at the famed Necromorbus Studios in Sweden, and will feature Polish session drummer Krzysztof Klingbein, who also contributed drums to the previous Bloodaxe album, "Gales of November".
